What do we do?

InterNosCon Programme covers three days: April 29 and 30 and May 1.

To make things easier we organized the Convention time in "slots", that are time unit of 3-4 hours among which to distribute the different Events. The Convention is arranged as follows:

FRIDAY

AFTERNOON

  • first arrivals, accomodation in the rooms, collection of the Welcome Kit (comprising Programme, map, badge, T-shirt, INC book, Shahida Ashcan)
  • slot [1] (also know as "the Stakanov slot" meant for those who won't waste even a minute without playing
EVENING

  • (optional) welcome cocktail (price: TBA). The cocktail attendeees are encouraged to bring each a "plate" typical of the place they come from. Dinner, for those still hungry can be "bring your own". Otherwise there will be a wide choice of Coffees and Restaurants nearby (not included in the registration fee).

The Welcome Cocktail is thought to allow everyone to arrive in a relaxed climate: we'll chat amicably or play waiting for those arriving from the farthest places.

SATRURDAY

MORNING

  • Breakfast at CEUB for those who spent there the night of Friday
  • for those arriving on Saturday, accomodation in the rooms and Welcome Kit collecting
  • Free Bar opening

  • lunch at CEUB and group photo
AFTERNOON

  • slot [4] of gaming Events
EVENING

  • dinner with wine tasting
  • Costume party: this year theme is "Bacchanalia" and we'd appreciate you coming with a suitable dress. Those wishing to play during or after the party will have a place to do so.


SUNDAY

MORNING

  • Breakfast at CEUB for those who spent there the night of Saturday. Room have to be left in the morning
  • for those arriving on Sunday, Welcome Kit collecting
  • slot [6] of Gaming Events
POMERIGGIO

  • slot [7] of Gaming Events
  • Recording of "The coolest thing of INC'11"
  • Free Bar closing
  • Hugs and kisses and see you at INC'12

The Events filling the different slots will be promptly added to the Programme as they are submitted.

Further information will be available shortly and the website will be used also to handle the registrations to the various Events proposed.
